Universal oven UN160mplus is a medical-device laboratory drying and heating cabinet with natural convection, TwinDISPLAY control and a 161 l stainless-steel working chamber. Set temperatures range from +20 °C to +300 °C, and the working temperature runs from at least 5 °C above ambient to +300 °C. Two grid shelves and a stainless-steel door are included. The electronically adjustable exhaust air flap operates from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps. Ethernet connectivity supports protocol data readout, programme transfer and online logging; a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT accepts a USB stick for convenient data handling. Multiple overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with at least 10 years of storage capacity reinforce process safety and traceability. Three calibration values can be set on the ControlCOCKPIT, and a factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is supplied.
