Description
Fine rinse filter R 1'' with 3,6 m³/h flow capacity is a DIN/DVGW-tested backwashable water filter for horizontal or vertical installation via a connection piece. Brass upper housing, high-grade plastic body, Trogomid filter bowl and synthetic mesh insert deliver 85 µm filtration fineness for process and laboratory water. The entire filter surface is rinsed with raw water without interrupting supply; complete particle discharge occurs automatically after the ball valve is opened via the integrated drain connection. Rotatable connection piece and mounting accessories ease installation in confined plant rooms. At rated flow the pressure loss is 0,2 bar; maximum operating pressure is 10 bar and maximum operating temperature is 30 °C. Installation length is 118 mm, overall height 255 mm, installation depth 124 mm and weight 1,9 kg. Supplied as one piece from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies, the filter supports continuous fine filtration with on-line backwash on larger R 1'' lines. Replacement filter reference W2T526934 maintains the synthetic mesh element over the service life of the unit.
