Description
b.safe Level Control Set is a compact monitoring package for fill-level or empty-level supervision of containers and canisters made from non-conductive materials. The set consists of a b.safe disc sensor, signal cable and b.safe Mini-Display Table. Depending on the application, the disc sensor can be configured as an empty-level or fill-level indicator; the operating instructions should be followed for correct setup. The sensor is simply attached to the canister at the height to be monitored using the supplied hook-and-loop tape or adhesive strips. Via the signal cable it connects to the alarm box, a handy plastic housing that can be placed in the work area. When the monitored level is reached, the supervision LED on the Mini-Display lights red and an acoustic alarm sounds. The acoustic signal can be muted for 5 minutes at a time and reset after container exchange, after which the control LED lights green. The Mini-Display Table includes a power supply (input AC 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz, 1 A; output 24 V DC, 0,5 A) with plug adapters for EU, Australia, USA, Japan and UK. Not intended for use in EX zones. This solution from manufacturer Bohlender monitors one container on a single channel.

Questions about b.safe Level Control Set, L 110 x H 65 x T 30 mm for monitoring the fill/empty l
What is this article?
b.safe Level Control Set, L 110 x H 65 x T 30 mm for monitoring the fill/empty l is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Solvent waste caps, safety funnels & canisters, inside Waste disposal, in Lab safety equipment.
A solvent waste cap and a safety funnel close a waste can so vapour does not fill the room, while still letting waste be poured in. The thread has to match the can. A filter and a level indicator are common features. An open beaker of waste solvent is not this article.
Laboratory waste is sorted before it is carried away. A solvent waste can has a cap and often a funnel that limits vapour. A sharps container is rigid and closable. An autoclave bag is for material that will be sterilised before it is ordinary waste. The container has to survive the chemical that goes into it. A bag that dissolves is not a container. Classification of the chemicals is on ECHA. Transport of dangerous goods is the UNECE framework. Workplace practice is EU-OSHA.
