The Safe-Lock hinged lid prevents accidental opening during incubation and storage, and g-Safe® technology provides exceptional centrifugation resistance of up to 30.000 × g depending on the variant, reducing the risk of breakage and sample loss. Manufactured without mould-release agents, plasticisers or biocides that can leach into samples and affect bioassay results, the polypropylene construction delivers high chemical, mechanical and temperature resistance. A precise lid seal minimises evaporation during long-term storage, while the large frosted lid and exterior support clear labelling. Tubes operate reliably between −86 °C and 100 °C and are autoclavable when open at 121 °C for 20 min.
