SONOPULS TM 50 Temperature Probe is an ultrasound-resistant temperature sensor for use with HD 4050, HD 4100, HD 4200 and HD 4400 ultrasonic homogenisers. It measures sample temperature continuously in the range from 0 to 120 °C. When the probe is connected to the ultrasonic generator the temperature module is activated, allowing a user-defined limit value to be set that automatically interrupts ultrasonic energy input. This reliably prevents unwanted excessive heating of the sonicated sample and supports reproducible process control. The compact accessory is offered by manufacturer Bandelin for laboratory sonication workflows and is supplied as a single package.
