b.safe Control Waste Cap S60 is a yellow glass-fibre-reinforced PP (PP-GF) screw cap for S60 canister threads intended for multi-line laboratory waste collection with electronic and optical fill-level control. A freely rotatable PTFE insert carries a permanently mounted cable of approximately 0,5 m for connection to a b.safe Display electronic monitoring unit, while a sight glass and indicator pin enable additional visual level checks. Three UNF 1/4" capillary ports are equipped with PFA fittings for outer diameters 1,6 mm, 2,2 mm and 3,2 mm; two milky-white blind fittings close any unused connections. A GL14 port is provided for screwing in a b.safe exhaust filter (filter not included). An integrated grounding connection allows static charges that may arise during filling to be dissipated via a suitable earthing cable. This configuration from manufacturer Bohlender supplies three capillary connections complete with three green (Ø 1,6 mm), three violet (Ø 2,2 mm) and three yellow (Ø 3,2 mm) fittings.
