Description
b.safe Starter Set Multiport IV is a multi-port bench feed-through for flexible laboratory waste tube systems. Fabricated from conductive PE-EX, it is intended for plates 10 to 35 mm thick and fixes simply with a locknut. Side-mounted, angled threads keep the assembly low-profile, improve drainage slope and prevent hose kinking at the connection. On the top face there are eight capillary ports with internal UNF 1/4" threads, supplied with b.safe fittings for capillary outer diameters 1,6/2,2/3,2 mm, together with four hose ports with internal NPT 1/8" threads and olives for hose inner diameters 6,5–8 mm. The underside provides an external GL 25 thread for direct coupling to flexible b.safe Waste Tubes. Supplied by manufacturer Bohlender as a complete starter set, the package contains one Multiport IV feed-through, twenty-four colour-coded fittings (eight each of 1,6 mm green, 2,2 mm violet and 3,2 mm yellow), eight capillary blind fittings, four olives and four hose blind fittings for expanded multiport waste collection setups.
