Description
Quantum Pro WF25x eyepiece is a high-magnification wide-field ocular for the Quantum Pro microscope series, suited to close examination of fine structural detail. It complements the infinity-corrected optics and Siedentopf head design used across the range. Quantum Pro microscopes are supplied in binocular or trinocular configurations with a 30° inclined head, 47–75 mm interpupillary distance setting and 360° rotation. Core optics include a smooth reversed quadruple nosepiece, 4X, 10X, 40X and 100X (oil) achromatic infinity objectives with anti-fungus treatment, a 140 × 140 mm mechanical double-layer stage offering 75 × 50 mm X-Y displacement and a 0,1 mm Vernier scale, plus coaxial coarse/fine focus with tension adjustment, safety stop and 0,002 mm micrometric resolution. A centreable Abbe N.A. 1,25 condenser and intensity-regulated S-LED illumination support bright, even imaging. Offered as one piece from manufacturer Labbox, the WF25x eyepiece extends magnification options for laboratory, educational and analytical work on the Quantum Pro platform.

Questions about Quantum Pro WF25x eyepiece
What is this article?
Quantum Pro WF25x eyepiece is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Microscope objectives, eyepieces & optics, inside Microscopy & histology, in Lab instruments.
An objective makes the resolution. Magnification and numerical aperture are the two numbers, and the tube length or the infinity correction has to match the microscope. An eyepiece mostly enlarges the image the objective already resolved. A mismatched objective does not become sharper by zooming.
A light microscope forms an image with glass lenses and transmitted or reflected light. A stereo microscope is the lower-magnification instrument for dissecting and for looking at a surface. Fluorescence needs a light source and filters matched to the dye. Histology is the preparation that makes a tissue readable: fixation, a cassette, a section, a stain. The objective's magnification and numerical aperture decide the resolution. The slide and the cover glass decide whether the section sits in the focal plane. Stains and dyes as substances are identified on PubChem. Papers on the methods are on PubMed.
