Multi housing heating mantle PILZ® -Classic-Line- LMG3ER is a laboratory multi-mantle for three round-bottom flask sizes from 250 to 1,000 ml (Ø 85–131 mm). It operates at 230 VAC with a rated power of 360 W and a maximum permissible operating temperature of 450 °C. A hand-crocheted glass-silk heating element supports effective heat transfer across the flask range, while the powder-coated metal housing provides a robust, chemically resistant enclosure. The two-part design includes a liquid-tight upper section, permanent warning and volume markings, and safety switches that help prevent unintentional operation. Controls comprise a main on/off switch, two integrated heating-zone switches for zone 1, zones 1+2 or zones 1+2+3, and a mechanical power controller for continuous 0–100 % output. The unit from manufacturer Winkler has a detachable plug connection (0,50 m cable) and is supplied with a personnel-protection plug with residual-current function plus a Schuko type E/F mains cable (1,00 m).
