SONOREX TECHNIK OX 210 oil separator is an oil and suspended-solids separator for extending the service life and increasing the usable volume of aqueous cleaning fluids. When a demulsifying ultrasonic cleaning concentrate is used, separated oil rises to the bath surface and is guided via the overflow pocket of the ultrasonic bath into the separator. The unit provides a working capacity of 60,0 litres and is organised as two chambers: chamber 1 serves as the separation chamber with inlet G 1 and oil drain G ¾, while chamber 2 acts as a holding vessel equipped with an immersion pump, level control and a ball valve G ½ for returning cleaned liquid to the ultrasonic tank. A filter unit with a 9 ¾” wound cartridge is included. The container structure including the lid is fabricated from stainless steel 1.4404; the drain is a galvanically coated brass ball valve G ½.
