Laboklav 135-B ECO is a vertical steam sterilizer designed for sterilisation of solid materials and liquids in open vessels. The unit offers a usable chamber volume of 135 l with internal dimensions of 500 × 730 mm and external dimensions of 840 × 700 × 965 mm. Operating pressure reaches 2,8 bar with sterilisation temperatures adjustable between 98 °C and 138 °C. A TÜV-tested motorised quick-lock safety closure with lip seal, thermal lock conforming to TRB 402 and DIN 61010-2, and a flexible PT 100 reference sensor for liquid cycles ensure safe operation. Gravity and pulsed air removal, integrated water-cooled exhaust condensation, validation ports and an internal memory chip for up to 10 cycles are included. The true 32-bit control system features a large multicolour touch panel, 16 GB internal storage, RS232 and USB interfaces, timer function and fully automatic microprocessor programs for solids, waste and liquids that can be user-configured. Powder-coated housing and floor support complete the laboratory autoclave from SHP Steriltechnik AG.
