Door het voorgeïnstalleerde filter, de bevestigingen, fittingen en andere onderdelen, wordt het filtermateriaal (G3/4'', 10 bar, zeef 0,11 mm) beschermd tegen schadelijke deeltjes in gewoon kraanwater.
Het vervangen van de filtercartridge kan zonder de zeefunit te demonteren en zonder gereedschap.
Het wordt aanbevolen om de filtercartridge in de verticale, naar beneden gerichte positie te plaatsen om te voorkomen dat er geabsorbeerde deeltjes achterblijven.
