Description

Benchtop pH meter model PH50+ is a compact laboratory instrument with automatic or manual temperature compensation between 0 and 80 °C. It measures pH from 0,00 to 14,00 at 0,01 resolution with ± 0,02 accuracy and redox potential over ± 1000 mV at ± 1 mV resolution. A standard BNC connector accepts pH or redox electrodes. Automatic three-point calibration uses buffers at pH 4,01, 7,00 and 10,01, while the backlit LCD indicates when the reading has stabilised. The supplied general-purpose plastic electrode uses gel electrolyte, covers pH 0–14 and 0–60 °C, and features a fixed BNC cable with integrated CAT temperature sensor. Buffer solutions (pH 4,01 and 7,00) and an electrode holder complete the set from manufacturer Labbox. Mains operation is 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz, net weight is 0,550 kg, and the instrument carries a three-year warranty, making it a practical choice for routine laboratory pH and ORP work.

Questions about Desktop pH meter, PH50+ model, EU+ UK plug

What is this article?

Desktop pH meter, PH50+ model, EU+ UK plug is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Reference substances & reagents (other), inside Analytical standards & reference materials, in Lab chemicals.

A reference substance has a stated identity and a stated content, used to check a method or to standardise a titration. It is a more tightly specified article than a reagent grade bottle of the same name. The lot's certificate is part of the product.

A reference material is the article against which another result is compared. Its value is stated, and the uncertainty of that value is part of the product. An ICP or ion standard is a solution of known concentration. A volumetric standard is for titration. A chromatography standard is the peak you match. The grade names, including pharmacopoeia and ASTM, say which impurities were limited. Identity is checked on PubChem. Names follow IUPAC. Medicinal grades follow the European Pharmacopoeia and USP.
