The perfect DNA-marker for very short gel running distances and high-through-put approaches. The fragment mass is optimised for very short runs. The 1500 bp fragment has been enhanced for easy analysis of the gel.
Directions for use
Best results are already obtained at 18 mm running distance in a 1,5 % agarose gel (see figure).
