FC1600T chiller is a recirculating cooler with a particularly powerful pump and Pt100 connection for precise tempering of large-volume external applications. The working range spans −15 °C to 80 °C with temperature stability of ±0,2 °C. Integrated 1,2 kW heating broadens usability, while a fixed analogue interface supports integration into process control systems, including programmer inputs (0…10 V / 0…24 mA) and temperature recorder output. Stainless-steel bath vessel and immersion pump provide robust circulation; supply and return temperatures are ratio-adjustable (DBGM). Front filling with pump activation, sight-glass level display, MULTI-DISPLAY (LED), and membrane keypad ensure practical operation. Safety includes over-/undertemperature warnings, freeze and dry-running protection, self-test, sensor/pump-motor/compressor monitoring, and all-pole shutdown with acoustic alarm. Further features are pump pressure indication, Pt100 external sensor connection, removable ventilation grille, and RS232 for PC link. Hose olives for 8 and 12 mm i.d. tubing (M16x1 connections) are included. Cooling data follow DIN 12876.
