FCW2500T chiller is an FC-series circulating cooler with a particularly powerful pump and Pt100 connection, preferred for precise temperature control of large-volume external applications. A permanently integrated analog interface supports integration into process control systems. Working temperature spans −25 °C to 80 °C. The stainless-steel bath vessel and immersion pump provide robust circulation. Supply and return temperatures are adjustable in relation to each other (DBGM). Front filling with pump activation during charging, bright MULTI-DISPLAY (LED) for actual and setpoint values, over- and undertemperature warnings with interval tone, freeze and dry-running protection, membrane keypad, and front sight-glass level indication aid daily use. Self-test, sensor monitoring, pump-motor and compressor protection, all-pole shutdown with acoustic alarm, removable ventilation grille, and RS232 for PC connection are included. From manufacturer Julabo, the unit also offers high temperature constancy, 1,2 kW integrated heating, delivery-pressure display, Pt100 external-sensor connections, and programmer/recorder interfaces (0…10 V / 0…24 mA; 0 V = 0 °C). Hose olives for 8 mm and 12 mm i.d. tubing (M16x1) are supplied. Cooling data per DIN 12876 at 20 °C ambient.
