Description
High-precision humidity/temperature probe, digital and cable-connected, measures relative humidity and air temperature while the compatible multifunction instrument automatically calculates wet-bulb temperature, dew point and absolute humidity. Equipped with a long-term-stable humidity sensor, it delivers humidity readings with an accuracy of ± (0,6 %rF + 0,7 % of measured value) in the range 0 to 90 %rF and is traceable to international humidity standards such as ILAC, PTB and NIST. The fixed cable on the handle links the probe to the measuring instrument (ordered separately); a button on the probe stores individual readings directly. A structured long-term measurement menu supports intuitive entry of measuring time and cycle so that value trends can be recorded and evaluated. The 12 mm probe head suits ventilation ducts, while the wide range of 0 … 100 %rF and −20 … +70 °C covers cleanrooms, industrial process climates, laboratory climate-cabinet calibration, storage and cold rooms, workplaces, and refrigeration or heat-pump assessments. From manufacturer Testo, the digital design removes instrument uncertainty from the measurement chain; only the probe head is sent for calibration, keeping the meter in continuous use. Pack size is 1 pc.

Questions about Humidity/temperature probe, digital, high-precision, wired
What is this article?
Humidity/temperature probe, digital, high-precision, wired is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Testo for laboratory use. It sits in Temperature probes & sensors, inside Temperature measurement, in Lab instruments.
A temperature probe is the sensor, Pt100, thermocouple or thermistor, that a meter or a logger reads. The probe, not the display, is what is calibrated. The sheath material and the response time matter in a liquid versus a block.
A thermometer reports a temperature. A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column. A digital thermometer is a sensor and a display, and the sensor, not the display, is what is calibrated. An infrared thermometer reads a surface and depends on emissivity. A data logger stores the reading over time. Without a stated uncertainty and a calibration point, the number is only an indication. The scale is maintained by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET. Accreditation is BELAC.
Which category should I open next?
The category is Temperature measurement. The sub-category is Temperature probes & sensors. The catalogue is Lab instruments.
Shelves beside this one are Laboratory glass thermometers, Hygrometers & humidity meters, Data loggers, Temperature measurement accessories, Digital thermometers and Infrared thermometers.
What should I check before I order?
When this page shows a safety data sheet, use that manufacturer file. Hazard text does not belong in the sales description. For a pack size, a grade or a certificate that is not on the page, send a quote request or contact the team.
