Vacuum drying oven VDL115-230V is a safety vacuum drying cabinet for drying organic solvents under vacuum with a nominal volume of 119 l. Temperature control spans +9 °C above ambient up to +110 °C, with adjustable air pressure and vacuum parameters and program memory for reproducible drying cycles. Explosion protection follows ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU with classification EX II 2/3/- G IIB T3 Gb/Gc/- X. An intuitive touchscreen controller shows pressure and temperature graphically; program-controlled drying monitoring ends with automatic ventilation. Measured values are stored by an internal data logger and can be exported in open format via USB, while Ethernet serves as the computer interface. A pressure monitor governs heating release, and the chamber is fitted with two individually positionable aluminium expansion shelves. Universal ventilation accepts inert gas or ambient air, a DN 16 universal feed-through allows external measuring equipment, and a spring-mounted safety glass pane with shatter protection plus a large viewing window support safe observation.
